At Alive Creations, we want you to shop with confidence.

• Customers are welcome to try their items upon delivery before accepting the order.

• Once the courier has left, refunds will no longer be available.

• If you wish to exchange an item, exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Shipping fees for exchanges will apply.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

في Alive Creations، نحرص على رضا عملائنا وتقديم تجربة تسوق مريحة وواضحة.

• يُسمح بمعاينة وتجربة المنتجات عند الاستلام وقبل مغادرة شركة الشحن.

• بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن، لا يمكن استرجاع أو رد قيمة الطلب.

• يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك حسب توافر المقاس أو المنتج المطلوب.

• يشترط أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو متضررة، مع وجود جميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي.

•يتحمل العميل كامل رسوم الشحن الخاصة بعمليات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
